Just returned from Ireland yesterday! I thought I'd take a little time off and away after such a dreadful end of the winter semester and since the tickets with one low-cost company were really cheap (www.ryanair.com if you ever fly in Europe), I decided to go visit my old friends in Galway, Ireland. It was a great trip, I flew from Bratislava (capital of Slovakia) because I had never
been there before and it surprised me nicely. It is a big small town, meaning that it has the atmosphere of a cosmopolitan city but being there actually feels a lot smaller. Perhaps it was the low season too, but anyway, I recommend it!

For those of you who don't know, I lived there for about nine months in 04/05. It was so great being back and seeing the people that I met back then.
I basically spent my time walking around the pretty city.
On Sunday we went to church (well they're meeting in a rented hotel room) which was in its beginnings when I was first there and we sometimes met in like six people. But now, there was about twenty and it wasn't even all of them...so neat to see it grow!Staying with the Posts was a lot of fun too, they've got two little girls who just love to show all their toys to anyone who shows just a little interest:)
All in all it was a blessed time for me to just lay back, reflect on the past days and walk around the Galway bay...
