Just got back from our lecture no.2, this time on TV commercials and it's influence on us. This guy David Novak teaches philosophy and had an amazing horizon not only in that area. There is always space for questions afterwards but this time a whole great discussion broke out and it lasted about as long as the lecture itself!
It would be long to tell you all we discussed with like 40 students being present in the lecture room, but one thing really stuck with me. In the end, we basically agreed that this world is going to end up bad, the system of values being formed in a wrong way. After we came to this conclusion, one girl (that was the most active debater) asked David:"So how do you suggest we get out of this?" "Well" I thought to myself, "I really want to hear this answer". It was so natural, he spoke about his belief and how he thought the way out of this spiral is getting back to the roots of our society to re-set our values. What I thought was neat was that those young people realize that there's something wrong. It gave me a good feeling about that this ministry is worth it.

it sounds like you are bringing in great speakers and this ministry is blossoming into a great CHRIST-focused force on the Bata campus.
